Medford is a wonderful vibrant community with much to offer. Founded over 350 years ago, Medford beautifully incorporates the old with the new in this eminently livable town.

There are many wonderful outdoor spaces in Medford:
• Middlesex Fells, which is bordered by Medford, Winchester, Stoneham, Melrose and Malden, encompasses over 2,500 acres, and has miles of hiking and biking trails.
• Mystic River begins at Lower Mystic Lake and joins up with the Charles River, and is a wonderful waterway for kayaking or canoeing.
• The Mystic Lakes (upper and lower) have a walking trail that runs the length of the lakes, and there’s a swimming beach at Upper Mystic Lake.
• Brooks Estate is located on Grove Street, and offers acres of open space, walking trails, Brooks Pond and a unique historic landscape.
• There are also dozens of smaller parks and playgrounds throughout the city.

Other notable features of Medford include:
• Tufts University, whose main campus is in Medford;
• Springstep, a non-profit arts center, which built a new building in Medford Square in 2003, and offers dance and music classes and performances;
• The Amelia Earhart residence;
• Dozens of wonderful and unique shops and restaurants.

150 Park Street is wonderfully situated to take advantage of much the city has to offer, being just a block from Salem Street, and a half mile to the many shops and restaurants of Medford Square.  It's in a great commuter location, with easy access to I-93, and a block to several MBTA bus routes.
